Celebrating Diversity
Our work is inclusive, celebrating our diverse community. As a social enterprise, we strive to create an inclusive community for any disadvantaged adult to join. We do not discriminate against any disabilities, and we respect all viewpoints and opinions. We are keen to challenge preconceived ideas about disabled adults and push the boundaries on how successful those individuals can be regardless of their ability level.
Collaboration and Community
We take a collaborative and hands-on approach to our work with our partners, including the Churches Conservation Trust, The Mackman Group, AFC Sudbury, Babergh Council and more. We value the individual and their unique contribution to the organisation.
Open and Transparent
Our charity work and business decisions are open and transparent and we encourage questions about how we work. Please get in touch if you want to know more about our company mission or internal processes.
Our values at The Bridge mean we look after each other and ensure everyone has the correct training to provide the best possible care and support. It is very much a family.
