THE BRIDGE PROJECT SUDBURY
The Bridge Project is based in the market town of Sudbury, Suffolk. It was setup in 1995 as a local charity to assist disadvantaged adults within the community.
The core services provided are:
A safe and stimulating supported working environment for adults with learning disabilities
A welcoming and non-judgemental weekly drop in for adults recovering from mental health problems – the Open Doors Group
A community service delivering hot meals to the elderly, frail and housebound or those recuperating from illness
Social activities such as a weekly lunch club and whist drives for those over 65
