THE BRIDGE PROJECT SUDBURY
The Bridge Project is based in the market town of Sudbury, Suffolk. It was setup in 1995 as a local charity to assist disadvantaged adults within the community.
The core services provided are:
A safe and stimulating supported working environment for adults with learning disabilities
A welcoming and non-judgemental weekly drop in for adults recovering from mental health problems – the Open Doors Group
A community service delivering hot meals to the elderly, frail and housebound or those recuperating from illness
Social activities such as a weekly lunch club and whist drives for those over 65
Yoga at The Bridge Project
Are you, or anyone you know, interested in starting to explore yoga? If so, The Bridge Project, Sudbury will soon be offering a 6 week yoga course.
The course will be run by Liz Griffin, a skilled yoga teacher from the local area, and is open to anyone looking to begin practising yoga.
The cost of the 6-week course is £9/week (if paid in one instalment of £54) or £11/session, and the first session will take place at 10:30-11:45am on Friday 4th November.
There are currently only 13 places available, so anyone interested in taking part can book their place by getting in contact with Liz directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
