The Bridge Project is expanding its activities and we are looking for a motivated and ambitious person to manage our first shop, someone keen on managing and developing people in a fun retail environment.
Retail Manager, 40 hours per week, 25 days holiday, @£19,000
As our Retail Manager you are responsible for maximising the shop’s sales and profitability whilst leading an engaged and motivated team who ensure that every customer’s experience in our stores is outstanding. As a person you should be hands-on and enthusiastic with the ability to deliver company standards to the highest level across all areas.
You will also need to have: Retail management experience, Excellent computer skills and experience of online sales and Excellent people skills with a proven track record of leading, developing and motivating a team.

We can provide work experience opportunities for young people at school, and those at college. From 1 week to 6 months, these roles can range from a few hours a week to full time. Areas include catering and hospitality, supporting people with learning disabilities, dementia and mental health issues, business admin, and premises maintenance.
There are a wide range of volunteering opportunities from a couple of hours a month to 3 days a week.
Roles include: Meal delivery driving (in own car), meal delivery assistant, lunch cover for people with learning disabilities, tutor support, catering and hospitality, dementia and mental health support, gardening, administration, maintenance, minibus driving
