PAINT YOUR OWN POTTERY STUDIO

The Paint Your Own Pottery area has standard opening hours between 9.30am – 2.30 pm (Tuesday –  Friday).

Standard Paint Your Own items include plates, platters, mugs, bowls and even egg boxes.  Funkier gift items such as mermaid plaques, butterflies, money boxes  and jester picture frames are always popular with our younger customers.  You can use ceramic paints which will need glazing and firing or, for a quicker turn around, acrylic paint can be used. As a measure to help cut our carbon footprint we only fire our kiln when full, so there is sometimes a short wait for fired items.

Unlike any other Paint Your Own business we offer bespoke pieces for painting, made in our own Pottery Workshop by tutor David Hardy and his students.  These beautiful hand-made items generally appeal to adult customers looking for a truly unique gift or creative experience.

Please note items that use tea lights, candles or which will be used with food must be glazed and fired.

For both children and adults, Paint Your Own is a fun way to be creative.  Please contact us on info@thebridgeproject.co.uk or 01787 313691 to book your Paint Your Own experience.  Remember, this is essential in school holidays to avoid disappointment.

Prices

Prices include all glazes and firing and start from £1.25.

Adults Only – Wednesdays (during term-time)

During school terms we reserve Wednesdays exclusively for adults who book in advance to paint.  This provides an opportunity for parents and grand-parents to paint in relative peace and quiet.

In addition, we offer special Wednesday lunch deals of £5.00 for our daily special dish or vegetarian quiche and salad or £2.50 for a hot drink and cake.

Please contact info@thebridgeproject.co.uk or 01787 313691 if you would like to book in advance.

Paint Your Own Parties

If you would like to organise a Paint Your Own Party, for adults or children, please contact us on info@thebridgeproject.co.uk.  We can arrange a bespoke party package for you according to your own individual requirements.
